What this site is
The site presents new and second-hand vending machines offered for sale, with indicative prices. It is not an online shop - no contract is concluded through it and no payment is taken.
The nature of the published prices
All prices are indicative, in euros, excluding VAT and excluding delivery. They do not constitute an offer in the legal sense. The final price is set in an individual quote, after assessment of the specific case.
Delivery is quoted separately according to destination and the weight of the machine, and is not included in the published price.
Availability
The published models are offered for delivery. The site does not show quantities per model and does not keep real-time stock - the specific unit, its year of manufacture and the delivery time are confirmed on enquiry, before a contract is concluded.
Technical information about the machines
A large proportion of the machines offered are discontinued and the manufacturers have taken their official pages down. The technical data is gathered from archived service manuals and from dealer sources. Where data is missing, that is stated explicitly. Before delivery we can measure and confirm on the specific unit.
Liability
We take care that the information is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the absence of technical inaccuracies. Only the details in the signed contract and in the quote prepared for you are binding.
Sales to businesses
We sell to businesses rather than to consumers, so consumer protections - including any statutory right to cancel within a cooling-off period - do not apply to this sale.
Governing law
Bulgarian law applies to matters not covered here. Disputes are settled by agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
